Even Though FAPPS Object Has Been Enabled for Social, the Social Share Button Is Still Not Visible. (Doc ID 2170503.1)

Symptoms

After enabling a Fusion Apps (FAPPS) object for integration with the Oracle Social Network following steps from Document 2026063.1 - "How To Enable Social Object in Fusion Apps", the social share button does not appear as expected.  Also, for objects that are enabled "automatically", the social object is not created. 

This issue has been observed for different types of FAPPS objects, ie Negotiations, Opportunity, Goal and could probably occur with any object.
