Document Purpose:

This document provides details on how to grant access to specific subject areas for the following reporting modules for Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition:

• Oracle Analytics (OAS)
• Embedded Reporting

When a user does not have access to a subject area, they may encounter one of the following symptoms:

• the subject area is not listed when they attempt to create a new analysis

• the user may receive the following message when attempting to access an existing analysis / report:  
  
  
  You do not have access privilege for this subject area.
  
  
  
• the user may receive an ODBC error when running an existing analysis that indicates:  
  
  
  The user does not have sufficient privilege to access the database {subject area name}
