Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Create Requisition

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When clicking on "Add to Requisition" the line is not added to Requisition cart


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Requisition line should be added to cart.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchase Requisitions -> Requisition Line Entry
2. Fill in the required details
3. Click on Add to Requisition button

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add line to requisition cart.
