Account combinations cannot be exported to Excel

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Search and go to Task 'Manage Account Combinations'
2. Select Chart of Accounts and Enable = No. Click Search
3. Click on the Excel icon. Excel appears but cannot be opened.
