Symptoms

The first sync fails with error :

"Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook cannot proceed because Outlook is disconnected: Please switch MS Outlook to the offline mode or wait for the connection to be restored. Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook will start automatically."
