Disable Compatibility View Error at Argus Safety Cloud Service Login screen

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On Oracle Cloud Service environment for Argus Safety at the Login screen, when user clicks the 'forgot password' on the OAM screen,
user are prohibited to proceed resetting password by the following error pop-up.
-- Error Message = The current compatibility setting is not supported. Disable Compatibility View before running this web page.
-- Browser = IE version 11.
-- Compatibility View mode of IE 11 is ON on their user's client PC.
