Changed country code after save on Contact (Doc ID 2171697.1)

1. Create Contact from Outlook failed when trying to add address. Contact created from Outlook has Country value "Deutschland" and existing cloud contact has country with value "DE". Defect was not replicated the next day, why?
2. And one more strange behavior: Why the Country changes from Deutchland to Germany after save?
