Export To Excel Functionality Not Working From Payables, Receivables And General Ledger (Doc ID 2171941.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion, 11.1.10.0.0 version, Reviewing the spreadsheet generated using "Export to Excel" from transactions's results do not contains any data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As the Functionality is to see the data in Excel, expecting to have the information there.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Receivables > Billing
3. On Manage transactions, Query transactions
4. From the results, choose the option to export to excel
    --->> Note: This option can be selected from any fusion module. It is not only a Receivables problem.
5. Reviewed the report generated in excel and observed there is not any data
