TCB: Disk Quota Exceeded (Error Putting Results File in FTP Dropbox)

A TCB job completes all steps except for the step that puts the Results file in the client's FTP dropbox. The error reason says, "Disk quota exceeded".
Example of the error seen in the TCB monitor file (and error in email to client if they receive that notification):

Reason: Error while storing file on the FTP server. (550): 550 Newhire-26062016070008.csv.gpg: Disk quota exceeded

Troubleshooting tip: Ensure to use a valid FTP Filename value.
