ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

No Start Date and End Date fields in the Postal Code Ranges in Load Service Areas Workbook

Hello,

There is no ability to populate Start and End Dates in the Manage Postal Code Ranges and Service Areas workbook. These are available for loading the Postal Code ranges themselves, but not for loading the Postal Code Ranges into the Service Areas as it automatically takes the start and end date of the Postal Code Range itself.

This is not a feasible solution as some postal code ranges are used in multiple Service Areas with different effective dates. The only way to change the effective date via Plan Configuration is to scroll down to the correct postal code range within the selected Service Area. Again, this is unacceptable when there are 25,000 postal code ranges.
