Symptoms

When an Event Assessment Listedness is having Justification texts for only Japanese language and the [Re-calculate] button is clicked,
the Listedness value is recalculated and changed.

This symptom does not occur if both English and Japanese Justification texts are filled for the Listedness Justification.
