Primary Contact Getting Auto assigned on Create Partner UI (Doc ID 2172443.1)

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Partner Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Primary Contact getting auto_assigned

When try to create a partner, "Primary contact" for that partner is automatically getting assigned. Tried deleting that Contact but then it is getting assigned to another Contact .


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
By default, the new partner created or the Create Partner screen does not have Primary Contact field populated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Partner Management > Partners > Create Partner


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, unwanted contact gets added to the partner records
