English Side Listtedness Justification Is Removed When Event Term Is Changed (Doc ID 2172452.1)

Symptoms

When an event's Listedness field is having Justification text for both English and Japanese, if the event term is changed to another term and the
Listedness value is changed,
English side Justification text is removed though Japanese side Justification text remains for the Listedness field.

This symptom is observed when operating regardless on English or Japanese language mode Case Form screen.
