 Proxy log in fails for a FullAccess user with Create/Modify Users permission. On proxy attempt, the following screen is seen:

One of the following errors may be seen in the error logs:

17 Aug 2016 08:19:07,467 [ERROR] - This action requires admin access.

17 Aug 2016 08:25:55,471 [ERROR] - Only superuser of the user's company can proxy another user.
