About: No Data in OBI on a New Zone

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When building an analysis in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) for the first time on a new zone, data is not being returned that exists in Recruiting:
- A query of just "Requisition Identification"."Req. Identifier" returns a single null record
- A query of just "Candidate Identification"."Candidate Identifier" returns a single dummy record
- A query of just Flex Fields returns values but then returns no results once paired with a "Req. Identifier" or "Candidate Identifier"
Zone was recently created or OBI was recently activated.
