Symptoms
Problem Description:
When building a report/analysis in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) for the first time on a new zone, data that exists in Recruiting is not being returned in the report.
- A query of just Req. Identifier returns a single null record
- A query of just Candidate Identifier returns a single dummy record
- A query of Flex Fields returns values, but then displays No Results once it is paired with Req. Identifier or Candidate Identifier
This knowledge article applies only to new zones, or zones that have just recently activated OBI.
