Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Sales, Sales Catalog

Error occurs when user create a new record in a custom Sales object and tries to save it.

ERROR

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 28, Server Domain: CRMDomain, Server Instance: SalesServer_1, Application Name: SalesApp.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to App
2. Go To custom Sales object 
3. create record and save it

Due to this issue, users cannot create and save record in the custom Sales object
