Symptoms

On : Workflow and Automation

Users cannot log into SRM. There is an error when trying to login - 17 Aug 2016 - 3:15 am GMT

2) If you are the application owner check the logs for more information



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to accounts.vitrue.com or srm.vitrue.com
2. Login with credentials
