Symptoms

After the update to MCS 16.3.3, some problems have been experienced with APIs at two different levels

Level 1: Access to the API returning 401 or 403, even if user have access

Level 2: Platform API and connectors also failing and/or some or all users failing in the API

Changes

Upgrade in MCS Environment to 16.3.3
