Unsuccessful Import For Create New Leads

On : version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

When attempting to Import Leads into application, the following error occurs.

Import job completed with Errors

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare Leads data in a CSV file
2. Login into application and create a Import Job
3. Activate the job and after sometime the job completed with errors

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user unable to import the Leads data into application
