Symptoms

Error generated, using the REST API, when attempting to POST to a url (e.g. /documents/api/1.1/${targetType}s/${targetId}/metadata/${collectionName} on a document that user has full access to.

For Folders or Documents to which the user is an owner, the issue does not exist.
