In the Release 11 Environment, client has attempted to run the Start Workforce Compensation Cycle for one of smallest comp plans: CAN ICP Plan Fall.
The process ran for two hours and didn't complete. The main process Paused, and the sub-processes ran and ran. In R10 environments, this usually takes 15 minutes to complete.
Client requested bouncing the servers and see if that helps.
