Symptoms
On Oracle Fusion, 11.1.11.1.0 version, running Tax register report change the value for parameter 'Show Accounted Amounts'= 'No' after execution. The parameter 'Show Accounted Amounts'= Yes before execution

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Tools > Scheduling Processes
3. Run Tax register report using parameter 'Show Accounted Amounts'= Yes
4. Reviewed the report and observed the parameter 'Show Accounted Amounts'= 'No'
