Real time AV not working
Real time address verification not working
We're having issue to run AV in real time both in test and production environments.
ERROR

The address that you entered could not be verified and it might be incorrect. Enter more address details or submit another address for verification.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Contacts
2. Edit or create a new contact
3. Enter address and click 'Verify Address'.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot validate their address using AV
