Report Rule Is Not Used For A License Though Used For Another License Under Same Product Family

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Issue:Though license A and license B are the same product family,
the expedited report schedule is not auto generated for the case with license A.
Cases issue occurred:
Test case# A with license A
Test case# B with license B
The following reporting rule should be applied to above 2 cases.
1. Rule-1 --- Country = Japan / Origin of events to include = Foreign
2. Rule-2 --- Country = Japan / Origin of events to include = Foreign
3. Rule-3 --- Country = Japan / Origin of events to include = Foreign
When [Auto-Schedule] button is clicked on Case Form >> Regulatory Reports,
3 reports are scheduled by the above 3 report rules for case# B but no reports are scheduled on case# A.
