Fusion Global HR: Search Button in Person Management not Working as Expected in R11

There is a problem with ‘Person Management’ screen. The Search button is only effective upon second click.
Steps to reproduce:
1. HR Specialist goes to Person Management and key in employee name, eg. Victoria.
**Note: The outer layer of box not appearing yet.
2. HR Specialist click Search, the search returns no results, the employee name gets erased and the outer layer box appeared.
**Note: Compare the picture below with the above picture.
3. HR Specialist key in the employee name again and hit Search button. Employee details is shown.
Why the search button in Person Management screen needs to be clicked twice before it can search?
