Fusion Global HR Rel11: HCM Extract - Additional Filter by Legal Entity (Doc ID 2174500.1)

After defining all the steps needed, the HCM Extract is submitted. The status of the process in Manage Extract Definition is "Succeeded" and in Payroll Checklist shows 'Completed'. Created filter in the root data group to Extract only the "Employee" and by "Legal Entity". But upon checking the XML output, all the legal entities are extracted. Also tried to separate the Filter, Employee filter in the root data group while the Legal Entity Filter in the other data group. The same result persists. The filter for Employee is working.
