Pie Chart in Portfolio Analysis View Does Not Display Hour Correctly When Italian Language Is selected

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When viewing the At Completion Units in a Portfolio in English, it is correct, but when the language is switched to Italian, the units number changes.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To view the same amount of At Complete Units in English as in Italian.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into P6 Web where English is the selected language.
2. Open a Portfolio where the Pie Chart or Histogram display At Completion Units greater then 1,000 (ex: 1,200).
3. Log out of P6 and switch the language to Italian and go to the same Portfolio View note that the At Completion Units has changes (ex: 1.2).
