Bulk Opportunity Revenues Are Not Getting Deleted Using File Import

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Opportunities

Opportunity revenues are not getting deleted using file import

Customer did try to delete all the opty revenue lines using file import by mentioning the action code as DELETE.
Where in delete is working for only small set of records e.x for 100 records. If i increase the number of records then rows will error out saying.
Which is working for small set like 100 record, but not with more no. of record.
