Symptoms

Manage Expenses-Manage Credit Card Data

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
Cannot assign employee to credit card in Manage corporate cards UI


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After credit cards are loaded, administrator should be able to assign card to the employee if its not assigned automatically.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run upload and validate credit cards program
2. Cards are uploaded in the sytem
3. Go to manage corporate cards task
4. Cannot assign employee to credit card as employee field is grayed out.
