Unable to publish Sales Assignment Manager Objects
Trying to publish the Sales Assignment Manager Objects. Trying to Activate 'Line of Business' for the Opportunity Territory assignment and getting an error and not publishing.
No error logs but process ends in error status

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator-> Setup and Maintenance -> Manage Sales Assignment Manager Objects -> Revenue -> Territory -> Territory: Mapping Sets -> Activate Line of Business -> Save and then Save and Publish and it does not publish.
