R11: Account Monitor Doesn't Work Properly When Using Account Group With Time Option 'Year' (Doc ID 2175017.1)

Goal

We have defined an account group using the time option Year. Using that account group in the account monitor (or infolet) it shows 0.00 for an account for which the YTD balance is different from zero.
Also when we search for that account alone in an account group in the Account Monitor it even says 'No balance' when we are hovering the cursor over the amount field.
