When attempting to access the File menu when all windows are closed, the following event code occurs:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Close all Window Tabs (Projects, Activities, Resources, Reports, etc.) currently open.
2. Click the File menu option.
3. Observe the errors.
Due to this issue, users cannot access File, Enterprise, etc. menu options while no windows are open.
