On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Fast Formula - Absence

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

CALC_DIR_VALUE returning wrong value for entitlement unit and entitlement factor

Added sick leave for an employee, factorization is being calculated properly. But while reading entitlement unit and factor values using seeded formulas, wrong values are being returned.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add sick leave for employee
2. Check the rate - it's correct
3. Use CALC_DIR_VALUE to get the entitlement unit and factor value, the value returned is incorrect
