500-Internal Server error intermittently when drill down on custom objects

500 Error in OSC

A user has reported that they are getting a "500-Internal Server" error intermittently when they drill down on custom objects or whenever they navigate between the custom objects.The issue is intermittent but can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to a custom object "Touchpoint".
2. Drill down into an existing record in Touchpoint object.
3. Error is displayed.
