Goal
Client has 7 alerts defined as follows for the Field Salary Plan.
There is an 8th ghost alert that fires even though it is not defined. The expectation is that only defined alerts will fire when triggered. Expectation is that other messages, like the above should not fire as they have not been defined.
What is causing this 8th alert to trigger On?
