The customer has a requirement wherein they need to import a lead and assign it a particular user. Using the following mapping, the imported Lead was not assigned to the user whose OwnerOrigSystem and OwnerOrigSystemReference were provided in the import CSV file.
Imported leads using the below mapping:
Lead OwnerOrigSystem (OS = EMAIL)
Lead OwnerOrigSystemReference (OSR = Users email address)
The import job was ‘Completed with errors’. The lead did get imported into OSC but was assigned to the user who ran the import.
