ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
New Hires - Enterprise Seniority Dates are Incorrect

We have noticed that for new hires that came through the Taleo integration as a pending worker to an employee in Fusion, the Enterprise Seniority Date is populating incorrectly. It appears that the Enterprise Seniority Date is showing the date they became a pending worker, and not an employee.

The new hires that came through Taleo Integration should have the correct Enterprise Seniority Date.

1. Navigator - > New Person - > Click on that person - > Click on convert
2. Converting pending worker with a "Proposed Start Date" date of 2/16/16 and an employee on 06/01/2016¿ (mm/dd/yyyy)
3. Employment information displays Hire date 06/01/2016 (mm/dd/yyyy) but the seniority date is 02/05/2016 (this date he was into the system as pending worker)
