Fusion Global HR: Employment FTE Calculation When Employees Moves From Weekly To Monthly Are Wrong (Doc ID 2175867.1)

When employee who is on a position of weekly hours moves from full time to part time with working hours changing from weekly to Monthly, the system is not calculating FTE correctly.

Expect the system to calculate FTE Correctly on Manage Person UI

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Person Management > Search for a Person
2. Manage Employment UI > Edit
3. Standard Working Hours shows 37.5 Weekly
  FTE 1
  Working Hours 37.5 Weekly
Converting Weekly to Monthly Hours to Get FTE 1 Calculation should be 37.5 hours per week – multiplied by 52 weeks in a year – so there are 1,950 hours in a year.
1,950 hours / 12 months = 162.5 hours per month
When we change Working Hours to 162.5 Hours Monthly then FTE = 1.00775 (round to 1.08)

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, FTE do not show correct values.
This is a production issue.
