Fusion Compensation Management : Assignment Status Is Not Getting Refreshed In Compensation Worksheet

On :  11.1.11.1.0 version

Set Up Compensation Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------------
Assignment Status is not getting refreshed in Compensation Worksheet  

User has a requirement where HR data should be effective 31st December 2015 and should not be refreshed in a Compensation Cycle.
Compensation Cycle being 1st Jan 2016 - 31st Dec 2016.

Assignment Status however has to be refreshed daily.

In Plan Cycle Configuration, HR extraction Date is mentioned as 31st Dec 2015 and Assignment Status is being using a fast formula (attached).

Now, In Compensation Cycle some HR updates are done and Department, Grade and Assignment Status is changed.
Refresh process is run with Refresh Date as Plan Cycle Date.

In worksheet no data is getting refreshed.

Expectation is that HR data should not be refreshed and Assignment Status should be refreshed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
When we run the Refresh Process with Refresh Date as Actual Process Run Date, all data i.e. HR and Assignment Status is getting refreshed.
Expectation is that only Assignment Data should be refreshed and HR data should not be refreshed.

STEPS
------
1. In Person Management - Manage Employment - Change the Assignment Status
2. Run the Refresh Process in Compensation Management as on Plan Cycle Date
3. In the worksheet, Assignment status is not reflected.
