User Is Stuck in a Log-In Loop When Attempting to Reset Password

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to change/update user password and log into Unifier, another login screen appears and instructs the User to re-enter their old password and create a new password.
Once the User enters the information, the screen refreshes and the reset process reappears, not allowing the User to update their password and log into Unifier.
