Have an employee who left employment on 15/05/2016, the employee is inactive but active for payroll. Tyring to process an Override on the Student Loan to refund the employee. Have followed the guide provided in UK Court Orders and Student Loans Functional and Implementation Considerations document but the Override will not process through payroll.
The employee didn't have a non-recurring element entry in for June. The payroll team where just trying to override to repay the employee an incorrectly deducted Student Loan
Can you please advise if this is possible for a leaver or do we need to make use of balance adjustments?
