Goal

1. NI Employee Deduction is calculate based on weekly rate instead of monthly rate for the terminated employees

Why?

 

2. Before termination, If Bonus payment is made then NI employee deduction is based on monthly rate. but if for some reason it was missed and paid after leaving, this should be monthly NIC but the system would pay it as weekly, as
Bonus is classed as Irregular earnings.

We expect NI employee deduction should be monthly rate, if the bonus paid after termination. We need an ability to choose how NI should be deducted for payments after leaving (weekly rate/monthly rate.)
