Account Fax Number Is Not Synced With Outlook (Doc ID 2177091.1)

Goal

both the FUSE UI and Outlook have the Fax phone number exposed, but it is not synchronized well.

The issue appears when we insert the fax number in OSC Web and downsync the account to Outlook, the field remains blank in Outlook
