We already have used Rapid Implementation Spreadsheet once to classify 2000+ project organizations. Now we have 600 more organizations to be classified. We keep the hierarchy type at None before loading the blank department sheet in the Rapid Implementation Spreadsheet. That classified all the organizations correctly.
Now, we have new requirement and changed are as follows -
- Changed our hierarchy type from 'None' to 'HCM Organization Hierarchy Type'.
- Complete organization hierarchy setup
- Project unit created by the first load of Rapid Implementation Spreadsheet. Also the project unit is renamed.
If we run the Rapid Implementation Spreadsheet second time to classify 600 incremental organizations -
Q1. Will it corrupt any data in our existing 2000+ organizations ?
Q2. Will it correctly select the existing renamed Project Unit or it will create one more project unit on its own, which we don't require?
Q3. If we change our hierarchy type to None before running the Rapid Implementation Spreadsheet for second time, will it corrupt any of the other configurations like - business unit business function, burden schedules etc. ?
Can we use the Rapid Implementation Spreadsheet for the second time?
