Information in this document applies to any platform.
The 2nd level manager is unable to see or open the Performance Review of an employee. The 1st level manager can do it just fine.
1. Second Level manager receives e-mail to Approve\Reject a Performance Document
2. The link in the document is greyed out and they are not able to access the Performance Document.
Second Level manager should be able to access the Performance Document.
