ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The posts published to linked through SRM Publish take too long to get published. It took 20+ minutes for the post to publish


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The post should get published to Social Network immediately when Published through SRM.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Publish
2. Create a new post
3. Publish the post to Linked Social Property
4. Check Linkedin for the post

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
The user cannot trust system because of the time lag in publishing
