Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud Service - Version 10 to 10 [Release 10] Information in this document applies to any platform.
User has permission to create and save segments. They are able to upload and add individual contacts. When a filter is added, however, a permissions error ("Access Denied: You do not have permission to perform this action") is displayed when saving the segment.
