On : version, Activity Management

In Activities we have Account Name based on which we need to bring related Opportunity.
Select Account in Create Appointment page, we also need to bring in related opportunity created for that account, currently we are able to bring in all the opportunities but we need only the opportunists under that account created.
How to restrict opportunity based on account selected?
