Symptoms

On : 11.1.2.5.600+ version, Smart View

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to use PBCS application with Smart View the login page is for Oracle Fusion and not PBCS.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Smart View should present PBCS login page when trying to connect to PBCS application using url: https://servicename-identitydomain.pbcs.us2.oraclecloud.com/workspace/SmartViewProviders



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to Smart View as expected.
