When trying to update manually a file from WebCenter Content server used for Scheduled Imports an error is thrown regardless of the user trying to update the file:
The content item was not successfully checked in. User 'test.user' does not have sufficient privileges to access the content account 'crm$/mooTopExtn$/import$'.
